Paris - Eiffel Tower, Louvre Art Museum
Get for a three-night stay in this beautiful city. The Eiffel tower affords us a panoramic view of Paris and all it has to offer.
Then on to the Louvre, the oldest and most loved museum in Europe, to visit with the Mona Lisa and Venus de Milo
Giverny- Claude Monet’s Gardens
Day trip to the charming town of Giverny (zhee-vayr-nee), the spiritual home
of Impressionistic Art. Claude Monet spent 40 years here, building a pastoral
paradise complete with Japanese garden and a pond full of famous water lilies.
We will spend the day touring these most famous gardens and town.
Carnac- Sacred Standing Stones
Nantes, Brittany will be our home base for the next two nights. The highlight
of our stay here is to experience an outstanding collection of over
3,000 Megalithic stones surrounding the French city of Carnac. One
legend states they were once a Roman Legion turned to stone by the
famed magician Merlin.

Carcassonne –Wine Country and Cathar Castles
Welcome to a three-night stay in Carcassonne, where the entire walled
city is really one giant castle. This town is full of Cathar history and
in 600 BC it was one of the major ceremonial centers of the Celtic Druids.
We will also be touring the beautiful cliff city of Rocamadour during this stay.
Rocamadour – Black Madonna
Rocamadour is an ancient site of pilgrimage for those requesting Miraculous
Healings. A flight of 216 steps, which include 14 stations of the cross,
ascend from the lower city to Chapelle de Notre-Dame,
home of the black Madonna statue, Our Lady of Rocamadour.
Marseille – French Riviera touring
Beach time on the “Costa d’Azure” on Mediterranean coastline
Time to relax and enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches in
the world. We will spend two nights in the port town of Marseille,
giving us time to explore this most famous coastline.
Aix-en-Provence- Lavender Fields and Sananqua Abbey
The lavender flowers begin to bloom the final two weeks in June so
our timing should be perfect! Explore the beauty and aroma of Provence
for 2 nights as we tour the peaceful Senanqua Abbey, home of
Cistercian Monks, founded in 1148.
Reims- Champagne Country
Champagne Bars and beautiful cathedrals within walking distance,
how much better can it get? Our final two evenings will be spent in the
Champagne Capital of the world, and are sure to give us a most memorable
taste of all France has to offer.
Travel back to USA via DeGaulle Airport - Paris, France
